Amanda is simply amazing! She will work with you to meet your goals and give you a push when you feel like you are stuck. It is also beyond that she will never give up on you. I would highly recommend her to anyone who is trying to lose weight and get healthy. -Brianne Heslop

Amanda has provided so much motivation and inspiration to continue reaching my goals and pushing myself. If I’m feeling down on myself for not being where I think I need to be, she comes beside me and reminds me how far I’ve come. You can tell how much thought and effort she puts into our monthly Facebook fitness group challenges. She is dedicated to helping us with our strengths plus our abilities. This is pretty amazing. Our group is so diverse as far as what each of us is capable of doing and what our individual health and exercise goals are, but somehow she manages to find a balance that challenges each of us, keeps us motivated, and makes things interesting each month.
