What are your hours?

Monday:

9:00 AM to 2:00 PM

Tuesday:

12:00 PM to 4:00 PM

Wednesday:

8:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Thursday:

9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Closed Friday, Saturday,Sunday and Major Holidays

What should I wear when I workout?
I recommend wearing comfortable clothing that are not constricting. A good set of shoes and the right support bra is important. I also recommend not wearing jewelry.

There are so many options online, why should I choose your program?

Becoming healthy doesn’t have to be complicated or costly. Mighty Great Fitness helps you burn fat and build muscle through workouts, meal planning, and self care that are convenient, quick, inexpensive and, most importantly, effective! Also Amanda understands that weight loss and creating a healthy lifestyle is a process. She will be here for you at every stage of your health journey, whether you need motivation or help performing a certain routine.  She listens to her clients and is constantly improving Mighty Great Fitness to help you meet your fitness goals.

Do you guarantee results?

I make every effort to ensure the accurate representation of my services and the potential for weight loss and muscle building. However, as with any fitness program, results vary by individual. Following the exercise routines, diet plans and health tips on this website does not guarantee that you will achieve desired results or that you will look like images that might be posted on the Mighty Great Fitness website. Exercise and proper diet are necessary to achieve and maintain weight loss and muscle definition.

Do you offer refunds?

No, but I do offer a month to month program so you are not obligated or bound to a contract and can cancel at anytime. To achieve better fitness, you must commit to changing your diet, exercise routines and self. If you make this commitment, my program will work for you. I am here to make this journey a success.

What is your privacy policy?

Your privacy is important to me. We won’t sell your email or name to anyone, and will never send you spam or unwanted messages. You can unsubscribe from my emails at any time. If you have trouble doing so, please send me an email and I will remove you from my list. All payments are taken through PayPal/Venmo/Square via a secured server. I do not keep credit card information on our servers.

How do I cancel my membership?

If you’re thinking about canceling your agreement, I urge you to contact me first to discuss your progress and goals. I am here to help you have the best experience possible with Mighty Great Fitness!

Might Great Fitness agreement options operate on a recurring billing cycle. You are billed each month on the date included in your agreement. You must contact me 10 days before the date of the next billing cycle to end your agreement or you will be charged with no refund. To cancel, email me at mightygreatfitness@gmail.com

Can you create a program tailored to my specific fitness goals?

Mighty Great Fitness is designed for beginning and intermediate fitness levels, but every now and then a member comes along who wants a program tailored to a specific fitness goal. For those members, I offer a custom package at an additional fee. This premier service provides a custom meal plan and training program, as well as scheduled one-on-one workouts with me. I see this programs says it is for women, can men join?

Amanda specializes in health and fitness for women but can tailor fitness plans for men with the help of her husband. If you know a man who is interested in these services, please contact me for more information.
