Consulting Fees: $35-$50
$35 for half an hour or $50 for a full hour. This is a fee for an initial one-time consultation with Amanda. Here is where Amanda will consult with you on your health needs, exercise needs, and offer her recommendation. At the end of the session, you will know exactly what you need to get started.
Coaching Packages: $50-$260
Coaching Packages are either in person or virtual and sometimes both depending on the package. Sessions are 1 hour long and consist of goal setting, weight management, meal planning, and exercise regimen. They are personally customized to you
Get Fit Monthly Packages:
In person once a month $50
In person twice a month $70
Virtual once a month $35
Virtual twice a month $60
Get Mighty fit Weekly Packages:
In-person once a week (limited availability) $140
Virtual once a week /twice a week $100/$180
One in-person & one virtual a week $210
All packages are billed monthly
