Pizza Cigars

This quick and easy recipe has quickly become my favorite snack. It's a snap to make a bunch and its more filling than my usual snack of a string cheese. Just 3 ingredients. 4 if you want to dip them. Bonus, they are keto! 



  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. 

  2. Line 2 cookie sheets with silicone baking mats, or parchment paper. Don't skip this step, the cheese will stick without it!

  3. Lay the slices of cheese on the baking mat spaced at least an inch apart.  Chop pepperoni into quarters and sprinkle a few pieces onto each cheese slice.  Place in the oven for 6 minutes or until cheese slices start to slightly brown around the edges.

  4. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. 

  5. Allow the cheese to cool for 2 to 3 minutes max, then roll up. Enjoy alone, or dipped in your favorite keto marinara sauce.
