It looks, smells, and tastes, exactly like guacamole, but it's not! There's a surprise ingredient that is much lower in fat making this an almost guilt-free indulgence!
Drop frozen peas in boiling water, cook for 1 minute, then drain.
Rinse the peas with cold water and let dry.
Puree peas well in food processor.
Remove to a bowl and stir in the remaining ingredients.
Chill and enjoy with your favorite chip, cracker or veg!
