Frozen Margarita Pops
Healthy boozy popsicles for the adults in the family to keep cool this summer!
In a small saucepan, combine sugar and water. Heat over medium heat until the sugar is completely dissolved, then remove from heat and allow to cool down to room temperature.
Once cooled, pour syrup into a large bowl. Squeeze lime juice into the bowl, add tequila and coconut milk and mix until combined.
Pour into popsicle molds, filling a little more than 3/4 of the way up. Toss one 3 – 4 strawberry slices and about 8 blueberries into each mold. Fit with popsicle stick and freeze for minimum 4 hours, preferably overnight. Enjoy!
