Cinnamony Apple Overnight Oats

This is a simple recipe with flavors reminiscent of fall, but I find the lack of cooking very nice for hot summer days. Oatmeal is yummy and comforting but doesn't have to be heavy. Try this for a nice change of pace!



  1. Combine the oats and almond milk in a jar. Toss the apple with a little bit of lemon juice and add it to the jar with a sprinkle of cinnamon. Chill overnight.

  2. In the morning, top with granola and a drizzle of honey or maple syrup.
