Ingredients
  • 1 cup Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
  • 8 ounces Plain Yogurt
  • 3/4 cups milk (1% or 2%)
  • 1 tablespoon organic sugar
  • 3/4 teaspoons vanilla
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
  1. Blend the blueberries, yogurt, milk, sugar, vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender until frothy. Scrape down the sides of the blender with a spatula occasionally. Serve immediately
