Ingredients
1 cup Blueberries (Fresh or Frozen)
8 ounces Plain Yogurt
3/4 cups milk (1% or 2%)
1 tablespoon organic sugar
3/4 teaspoons vanilla
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg
Instructions
Blend the blueberries, yogurt, milk, sugar,
vanilla, and nutmeg in a blender until frothy.
Scrape down the sides of the blender with a
spatula occasionally. Serve immediately
